The decision to send your students to a private Christian school is one that should be made with prayer and thoughtful consideration.
The following outline describes the Admissions process at TFCA:
- Research - We hope that prospective parents and students spend time on our website reading about the school, talking to those in the community who know our school, and reading online reviews. To connect with one of our Parent Ambassadors, email our Admissions staff: [email protected]
- Visit - Our Admissions Team is always ready to give tours of the school to prospective parents! You can set up a tour at your convenience by calling (502) 695-0744 or by emailing [email protected]. Our regular Admissions Open House events are a way to save $50 on your Enrollment Fees for the 22024-25 school year (New families only)! - Prayer & Consideration - We spend time in prayer for each family who inquires about the school, asking for God's guiding hand to lead them.
- Apply - Once a family has decided that God is guiding them to pursue an education at TFCA, parents should submit an Application for Admission online. The application can be found here. Once the Application and Enrollment Fee of $175.00 (Discounts may apply) have been submitted, a document review will take place, records will be requested from previous schools (if applicable) along with a Pastor Recommendation form and Teacher Recommendation form, and then new student testing and new family interviews are scheduled. Once all steps are completed and all paperwork has been turned in, the family will be asked to sign a Statement of Financial Commitment, at which time the student(s) will be considered Enrolled at TFCA!
