Congratulations to TFCA student, Makayla Sebastian, for winning the DAR (Daughters of the American Revolution) essay contest called "Patriot's Pen". Makayla's entry has won the local district contest and will now move on to the regional/state contest level.
Congratulations to TFCA student, Emily Majewski, for being selected as the DAR Good Citizen winner for the district level. The Good Citizen award is for 12th grade students and they are selected by their faculty for exhibiting qualities of dependability, service, leadership and patriotism in their homes, schools and communities. Emily will also move on to compete at the regional/state level.
